Chris and Marena have over 30 years of combined pilates experience and have even co-authored a book on the subject. Chris and Marena also have international recognition for their contribution to pilates and have been invited to present at ‘IDEA’ in Los Angeles USA; the world’s largest fitness convention.

Vida Health + Wellness is a spa products retailer operating in conjunction with Phillip Island Massage Therapy and other local retailers.
