You can also expect your instructor to be highly qualified with Diplomas in ‘Professional Pilates Instruction’, The Pilates Company standard.
Chris and Marena have over 30 years of combined pilates experience and have even co-authored a book on the subject. Chris and Marena also have international recognition for their contribution to pilates and have been invited to present at ‘IDEA’ in Los Angeles USA; the world’s largest fitness convention.
