Cancellation fees and late appointments.
At Phillip Island Massage Therapy, we understand that sometimes things happen and you won’t be able to attend your appointment. Unfortunately, late cancellations and missed appointments exclude others from receiving treatment, and inconvenience both the therapist and other waiting clients. If you can no longer make your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Because we have specifically kept your appointment, the following cancellation fees will apply should appropriate notice not be given.
Appointment day cancellations, rescheduling or missed appointment: 100% cancellation fee.

Late arrivals
Please note our appointments conclude at the scheduled time. Running late? We will try our best to accommodate you and give you your full session. Please bear in mind that this may not always be possible due to other appointments. The session will be charged at the booked rate.
PLEASE NOTE: If you cancel via email and no confirmation response is received, this will not be counted as a cancellation. (If you do not receive a response, please follow up with a phone call)
